For many years the Access flooring industry has been using a ‘gold’ passivate to protect pedestals against corrosion. However, recent improvements to environmental legislation means that some elements contained in this process are not that environmentally friendly. There are now some newer alternatives that are as equally effective and far better for the environment. It’s a no brainer, so, we will effect this simple change that means pedestals will now be silver…. and the environment a little greener
