Central Square Leeds – BREAAM Nomination

International Event ‘The BREEAM Awards’ recognises the achievement of all those involved in the specification, design, construction and management of the ‘best of the best’ BREEAM certified buildings.

This year, we know that Central Square Leeds, a project we were involved with, has been shortlisted! Floorplan were engaged by Wates on this project in the Summer of 2015.

Launched in 1990 BREEAM is the number one sustainability assessment method in the world. It takes into account a number of life cycle stages such as new builds, refurbs and properties that are already in use. We are proud to be involved!
